How to look around the shop
There are 2 main ways to shop on our website, by SEARCHING or BROWSING.
- Search - If you are looking for a certain topic or product, type a keyword in the SEARCH box, then either press enter or click on the arrow next to it to start the search. You will then be shown all the information we have relating to your keyword.
- Browse - You can also just browse through the topics and shop as you would with a catalogue or magazine - just click on whichever topic interests you, or visit the shop and ‘wander' into different areas to read about various products and their benefits.
How to order
You don't need to register before purchasing from us. Just enter your usual purchasing details and you will automatically be made a member with your introductory ClubCredits which you will be able to use on your first purchase.
- When you have decided which products you would like to buy click on the ‘Add to basket' button next to the products you want. You can always take products out of your basket if you change your mind later on.
- If you want to go back to the shop to browse or select more products, click ‘continue shopping.'
- You can look at what is in your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping basket symbol on the top of the screen.
- When you are happy with the items in your basket, click on the checkout button.
- You will be asked for your delivery and contact details.
- Now choose how you want to pay. We accept PayPal and the major credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Visa, Switch, Delta, Access. Please feel assured that it is perfectly safe to order using your credit cards. For more information please read our security guarantee.
- Now check that all the details you have entered are correct, and click submit order when you are happy.
- Order complete! You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received and your products will be with you as soon as possible.
Security Guarantee
If you pay using PayPal then your card details remain securely with PayPal and don't go onto the Internet.
All credit and debit card transactions on the 50+Health website are processed by SagePay and you will see that you are transferred to the SagePay website in the checkout. SagePay is owned by Sage - the largest accounting software company in the UK. They use the highest standard of encryption - the same standard as is used by the US military.

Delivery and P&P
- We aim to deliver all orders within 14 days, however at times we are in the hands of our suppliers, therefore please allow 28 days for delivery.
- As we use different suppliers, you may receive each item ordered separately and they may arrive at separate times.
- We do aim to eliminate unnecessary waiting time and will always deal with your order as soon as we receive it.
- Deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the weight of the item. Parcel Force deliveries require a signature.
- If you prefer, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to a friend, relative or neighbour who will take delivery for you - just enter their details in the Delivery Address panel when entering your order.
- Payment will not be taken until we've made sure that the goods on your shopping list have been dispatched to you. If products are being dispatched by more than one supplier then we will ensure that payments are taken for individual products at the time of dispatch.
- A delivery charge may be made for all orders as detailed below. Occasionally if an item is out of stock we will dispatch part of your order to you - with the remainder following later. The delivery charge will be levied when the first part of your order is sent to you.
- Our standard charges for Postage and Packing are as follows:

Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order at any time until your goods are despatched. You will not be charged anything and your ClubCredits will be re-instated.

Our guarantee/returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied when shopping with 50+Health. If you have a problem or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.
You can return any item free of charge within 30 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund.
To return an item, please telephone the Customer Service Line on 0800 988 6233. We will provide you with all the information necessary to return the items via your local post office.
Handling complaints
50+Health are committed to our customers and want you to be completely satisfied when you are shopping with us. Therefore when we receive a complaint we will acknowledge it within 5 working days and explain how we aim to deal with the complaint and will provide a time scale in which we hope to do it. We will keep you informed of our progress and each complaint received will be treated fairly and confidentially.
VAT
VAT relief is available on certain products. Just tick the box to obtain the VAT relief.
ClubCredits
Our aim is to return as much value as we can to our customers by means of ClubCredits.
ClubCredits can only be redeemed on purchases in the 50+Health Club online shop.
ClubCredits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The award of ClubCredits is at the absolute discretion of the 50+HealthClub
Affiliate Stores - When you make a purchase from an Affiliate Store we receive a commission from the Affiliate and we pass this commission on to you in the form of ClubCredits The Affiliate Stores settle up with the 50+Health Club on a monthly basis - so there will be an interval between making your purchase and receiving your ClubCredits on that purchase. You may wish to keep your own record of the ClubCredits you earn with Affiliate Stores - we have no means tracking these until we receive the payment from our Affiliate Store.
Tell a friend - When you introduce a friend both you and your friend will receive £8 ClubCredits Your friend will receive his or her ClubCredits on registering. You will receive your ClubCredits when your friend makes his or her first purchase in the 50+HealthClub shop.
Save ClubCredits - If the value of a purchase is less than the value of your ClubCredits then the balance of your ClubCredits will be saved... for you to spend on a subsequent purchase.
Returns - The 50+Health Club has a no-quibble returns policy. If you return a product we will refund you the cost of the product less the ClubCredits that were awarded on that product. The ClubCredits that were awarded will be credited back to your ClubCredits account.
Failed transactions - If you cancel your order or if your payment fails for any reason then the ClubCredits on that purchase will be cancelled. The ClubCredits earned on the failed transaction will not be available for further purchases.
ClubCredits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
Copyright
The 50+HealthClub retains the copyright to all material published on the 50+Health website.
The copyright of any material published by a third party on the 50+Health website will pass to 50+Health.
