This is like having your own personal nutritionist in the kitchen! These Salter Nutri-weigh scales make losing weight so much easier - or if you just want to eat more healthily, you can keep track of salt, fat and cholesterol intake.

Large Database
A cross between a computer and a mobile phone, these Dietary Computer Scales are surprisingly easy to use. With a database of 1440 foods, you can see: calories, protein, carbohydrate, total sugars, total fat, saturated fat, fibre, sodium (salt), cholesterol, net carbs and Gi value of each food or portion you weigh.

Dry, Liquid & Oil
These Dietary Computer Scales also let you add up to 100 of your own foods and recipes - yes, you can find out the nutritional values of whole recipes too. The add & weigh feature enables you to weigh all your ingredients in one bowl, and the Aquatronic facility allows you to weigh liquids and oils as well as dry ingredients.

Set Targets
With a 2 user memory, you can record your personal information, and set target goals for the week too. Memory is not lost even when changing the batteries. And if you go out for lunch with a friend, you can key-in the estimated weight of what you ate and the Dietary Computer Scales will add it to your daily or weekly total. The last 20 foods weighed are automatically stored, so you can refer back to them easily.

Easy Search
The word-prompt predictive text feature allows a quick and easy on-screen food search, and you can change between UK and US food databases. You don't need to refer to a book of listed foods or type in code numbers - these Dietary Computer Scales do it all for you.

How it Works
Place the food on the weighing platform, and key-in the first 2 or 3 letters ie "ban". The Dietary Computer Scales will guess you mean banana, and display a choice of "banana fresh, dried" etc. Press Enter, and all the nutritional values will be shown. You can use up/down scroll keys to move through the list or menu options, and you can cancel and delete too.

Dishwasher Safe
The removable weighing platform is taint-free stainless steel and dishwasher safe, and will take into account whatever receptacle you place on it when weighing food. Max dry weight: 3kg (6lb 10oz) in 1g (1/8 oz) increments. Max fluid 3000 ml (105 floz) in 1ml (1/8 oz) increments. Five minute auto switch-off and Low Battery warning; includes 4 AA batteries or you can use a mains power adaptor (not included). And you get a 10 year guarantee!

Dietary Computer Scales: Dimensions
37.5cm x 29 x 27.5cm. Weighs 1120g. Made of stainless steel, metals & plastic.
