Needing only 15-45 minutes use daily, our SAD Light Therapy Box gives you 10,000 lux at a distance of 25" (64cm), or 2,500 at a distance of 55" (140cm). You can choose to have a broad spectrum or daylight spectrum bulb fitted, and there's a 3 year guarantee. Broad spectrum is almost full spectrum light but does not radiate potentially harmful UV; daylight spectrum gives slightly truer colours but emits 25% less light.
