First Thing
You must not have eaten for 12 hours previously before using the Diabetes Home Screening Kit, so first thing in the morning is best. All you need to do is collect a drop of blood with the lancet provided, place it on the test pads, wait 30 seconds, then wipe off with a tissue. After another 30 seconds the result can be read.

Free Replacement
You need a watch or clock with a second-hand, and a clean tissue. The pack contains two tests, and in the rare event the test does not give a result, we will replace the Diabetes Home Screening Kit free of charge.
