This superb cycle machine is designed to give you optimum comfort while exercising. The contoured padded seat is fully adjustable, and curved handgrips with pulse sensors smoothly fit your palm. It has an onboard computer with 12 preset programmes, and profiles from easy (one) to difficult (16). Preset mode allows you to set time, distance, calorie usage, watts and target pulse rate. Up to four users can record their workout data. In manual mode, presetting watts will give you automatic resistance adjustment, which will make training harder or easier according to how much energy you expend. You can also change this manually during the workout if you wish.
Burn those Calories
In the target heart rate mode, input your age and the Weight Loss and Fitness Bike will automatically adjust the workout to keep you within the optimum cardiovascular fitness range. Just keep your hands on the pulse sensors during your session. This ensures you don't drop below aerobic effectiveness, or rise above a safe level of cardiac activity. You can also set target heart rate so the machine will sound an audio signal to let you know you've reached your chosen level of exertion.
Easy to Operate
A recovery button allows you to compare previous levels so you can monitor your progress, and operating the settings uses just two easy up/down arrow buttons. If the machine is idle for four minutes it will save all data and then switch off.

The British Heart Foundation says:
