For post operative and post radiotherapy adhesions or retraining of internal muscles ie for vaginismus or dyspareunia. This Dilator was tested by the NHS and is now in use therapeutically. It consists of 4 sections decreasing in size, and 2 sachets of lubricant.

Nesting inside each other like Russian Matryoshka dolls, these Dilators attach in pairs, so one becomes the handle for the other, making them easy to hold and use. Accompanied by a CD of relaxing music and full instructions, the Dilator should be used in accordance with advice from your doctor or health professional.
Adhesions & Spasm
To release adhesions and scar tissue, it is recommended you begin with the smallest, narrowest Dilator, and gradually move on up to larger ones as you become able to accommodate them. This procedure is also used for trauma such as muscle spasm or clamping, where the vaginal muscles are too tense to admit entry, ie for medical examination, or intercourse.
Hygienic
Made of hygienic plastic washable in warm, soapy water, our Dilators pack neatly away in their "spectacle case" type box, and are sized in 35, 27, 20 & 15mm diameters.
